NYC Area Nanofabrication Facilities

5,000 sq. ft. class 100, 1,000 and 10,000 cleanroom with full fabrication and characterization capabilities. 

The facility has over 2000 sq. ft. of Class 1000 space, housing micro- and nanofabrication equipment and metrology tools.

The multi-user MDL is housed within an 800 sq. ft. clean room at Stevens Institute of Technology

5,000 sq. ft. cleanroom divided into 7 separate bays, each dedicated to a set of related fabrication processes.

The facility, which began operation in 2015, centers on a 200 sq. ft. clean room equipped for device fabrication and characterization.

The QDNL is an ISO 5 rated cleanroom that houses state-of-the-art deposition, etching, and lithography tools.
